Great experience at Rusnak BMW Thousand Oaks. Easy transaction. Financing approval was handled before showing up at the dealership to secure the vehicle. I brought my car in for my oil change appointment at 11:00. I had planned to wait for what should be a 30 minute service, but was informed that because they were backed up and it was so close to lunch, my car wouldn’t be ready until at least 2:00. It ended up being closer to 3:00. At least Rusnak paid my Uber transportation home and back.

A very good salesperson. But the same old hassels at closing. Pushing customer to add more stuff they don’t want and extra insurance. Much wasted time The electronics remain confusing in this BMW and the “genius” assigned to help was knowledgeable but annoyingly impatient.

Had to take my I5 in for a time based service (cabin filter, brake fluid, and overall inspection). I also had a factory recall issue addressed. Renee, my service advisor, got me and the car checked in and completed all the tasks within 2 hours - plus had the car washed. When I asked how much the bill would be she said it was complementary. Since I decided to wait for the car she kept informed of the status frequently. Please compliment Renee for her diligence. Also the young man who detailed my car.

ha my Ix Drive 50 in for an annual heckup. Art, my service writer did an excellent job working with me, he communicated wwell and made sure that everything I needed checked got follow up and the mechanics installed the updated software my vehicle required. This was my second time using Rusnak BMW. I’ve used their other dealerships for other makes and they are fantastic. My service advisor was Jennifer and she took great care of my issues. Great communication! Also, realistic timelines were provided and met. The issue with the car was significant but it was all handled professionally. The competitor in the area was constantly trying to upsell me with other services, but this wasn’t the case here. Thank you for everything.
